<p>I’d say your SAT is good to go for UCSD, though your Math II score…hm. It might be just my opinion, but I think you should re-take that and go for an 800. I’m not sure how it is now, but when I took it about two years ago, the curve was extremely generous and 800’s or anything around that were pretty typical.</p>

<p>That C+ might hurt a bit, but that might just be me again. Your GPA looks fine to me, and that may or may not be me being generous. I really can’t tell with myself.</p>

<p>I think your ECs look pretty good.</p>

<p>Just remember that UCSB, and UCs in general, place a lot of weight on the essay. Do as well as possible your senior year, write a good essay, and you should have a good enough chance of getting in.</p>
