Overview: My GPA is very weak, and my extracurriculars and leadership is sub-par, but Im hoping that my achievments and high test scores will help me out.

UMich does view GPA as the most important factor. So that would hurt your chance a lot. Your course rigor is fine. With strong test scores but poor GPA, either it is the steep grading curve at your school or you do not care about homework. Unless your school profile supports the former case, your chance would be low.
