I was wondering if someone could chance me for the University of Michigan? I know I have a really low chance and I should not hope too much but any feedback helps. I would also appreciate it if someone could chance me for Michigan State University as well. Thank you!

-I am an IB diploma student, and I have heard that it carries some weight when it comes to college applications. I am 1 out of 6 kids in my entire senior class (550) who are part of this rigorous course.
- Although my GPA is very low, it is only that low due to my freshman year. I have constantly improved since then, going from a Cs and Ds student to an As and Bs student. I have heard that most colleges love to see improvement.
- I have 2 letters of recommendation.
-I plan to major in either computer science or data science.
