<p>I’m a white male living in New Jersey in a fair income household.</p>
<p>I am not entirely sure on what I want to major in yet, but am currently interested in majoring in engineering (preferably nuclear or environmental) and minoring in a form of music. I will be a senior next year.</p>
<p>Stats:
- Cumulative GPA: 87.8 / 100
- ACT: 34
- SAT: 2200 (790m 760w 650cr (hope to boost this))
- I go to a magnet school that focuses on environmental sciences and math courses. All the courses are AP level or tougher, but are not called AP classes. My graduating class has 40 students.
- I have been playing the drum kit for ten years. I have played as a session drummer on some local albums, and won my regional level of the Guitar Center Drum-off, as well as some minor drumming scholarships. My drumming based YouTube account also has over 500,000 combined plays (I doubt the last one matters)
- I am in the process of starting a charity organization to supply drumsticks to underprivileged children through charity concerts and shows around New Jersey.
- I’m in multiple clubs and competitions in my school. Notably Mock Trial, Board Treasurer, Science Olympiad (first in regional protein modeling), and ROV.
- Research regarding a “study to create a highly successful plant solution composed of household ingredients that is cost efficient and can recover previously damaged plants from past hazards.”
- Will have great essays and recommendations (I hope).
- I am employed working two jobs; Lifeguard at a Navy base and surf shop retail</p>
