Schools

Got accepted into TCU and SMU respectively with 17,000 and 25,000 scholarship.

I’ve applied to UTD a while ago but they wanted my sophomore year grades. UTD is probably the school I’m going to because with the Texas First Early HS Completion Program, I get a Texas Grant towards my first year at a public Texas university. I just want to know if I have a chance.

Are you the student that applied ED for SMU a while back.

You will certainly get into UTD.

I applied ED but my counselor didn’t fill out the ED agreement in time so they moved me to EA.

And you are better for it because you didn’t realize you’d have been bound at the price, which may not have included merit in ED as they would need to persuade you.

I think UTD is a yes but if it didn’t happen, would you go to SMU or find a UTA or UNT? So you decided against staying in hs ?

Exactly, I’m so glad!

Yes, I did basically all my classes online and we all agreed it’s too late to just not go (parents, me, counselor). It would put her efforts in vain especially since I’m in a 9-10 school for my main campus and she never done it before. I would go to UTA if UTD didn’t work.
