To be clear, I live in the southeastern part of the United States. South Carolina, to be exact. 10th grade.

I have a 3.5 weighted and a 2.8 unweighted, speculation that they might go up due to a switch to the 10 point grading scale.
Ranked 207 out of 400* (rough number) in my class. Got a 1200+/- on the SAT, new grading scale. What’s my chances of a state school? Looking at WV, USC, College of Charleston maybe. Thanks.

Your chances seem pretty good for all of these schools. None of them are very hard to get accepted into. You are a bit under the average but if you have a few extracurriculars and relatively good essays you should be fine.
