<p>Impressive stats. I would have recommended you to apply with ED to Pennsylvania, as now quite a bit of your legacy status is lost. It’s harder to get better stats than the one you have now, but top Ivies are unpredictable and reaches for everyone. In all the schools I have listed as reach, I have done so not because you are not worthy enough (you are obvious as qualified as anyone), but only because of the unpredictability, and you have decent chances for all of them

Harvey Mudd - accept
Berkeley - accept
Stanford - Reach
Princeton - Reach
UPenn (engineering; legacy) - accepted
Duke - accept
MIT - Reach
Rest are easy accepts. USC, UCLA, UIUC, UC Davis, UC San Diego, UW Seattle, Case Western - all the rest, accepted.</p>
