So, guys I am in my senior year of high school soon college applications will be looming near by. I have mentioned in my previous posts how I want to attend Harvard, but the other schools I am applying to are: Northeastern University, Boston University, Washington University, Howard University, and two public in state schools. The likelyhood of me getting it to some of those schools are slim, however my question to you guys is: what school am I likely to get into considering my stats.
Classes Taken:
AP European History
AP Literture and Compostion
AP Biology
AP Chemistry
AP U. S History
The following ccourses I am taking next year:
AP Economics
AP Goverment
AP Language and Composition
AP spanish
AP Statistics
ACT Score: 8 on the writing, 27 composite highest 32, retaking the test aiming for a 33 composite and 10 or 11 on the writing.
Taking the SAT with writing soon
SAT Subjects tests: I am studying for them in Chemistry and Math II, I did really bad in those classes second semester due to some uncontrollable circumstances at home that made it hard for me to focus in class, hoping to score above 700 to prove I am knowledgeable in the courses.
Also, I am taking 2 dual-enrollment college courses in-order to graduate with an AA degree from high school. As you can see, I have a very rigorous schedule.
Below I am going to write down my clubs/Activites:
Basketball: 1 year
Track and Field: 4 years
D.E.C.A: 3 years, held two positions
Model United Nations: 3 years
I volunteer 100 hours a year in different organizations
Hospital Volunteer: 3 years
H.O.S.A: 2 years
NAACP Youth council: 1 year held 1 position
I have also worked a part-time job since freshmen year working 16-20 hours a week.
