Well your SAT score is pretty good as well as the rest of your tests and you seem to be quite involved! If you could work on bringing your GPA up and take more challenging courses, I’d say you have a good chance at all of those schools! I don’t know much about those schools except Penn State, and as of now you could definitely get in! Chance me back!?

You’re a definite lock for Notre Dame with a great gpa and SAT score.

I’d say, if those courses are among the hardest your school has to offer, then you def have a chance because colleges will like that you took all those honor’s courses to challenge yourself. Work experience is always a great benefit, did you work weekdays or just on the weekends b/c holding a job and juggling it w/ school is something greatly appreciated and admired by colleges. I think all of those schools are within the match/low low reach range though I honestly don’t know too many of them that well. I’m fairly sure you will get into Syracuse though. Good luck! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/1183511-chance-me.html

Take a look at the Common Data Set for each of those schools to see how you compare to admitted students generally. But based on my limited knowledge of UMD’s highly regarded school of engineering, which is more selective than the school as a whole, I would say you are not a strong applicant with a 3.1. If you post on the UMD forum, you will get better information from those with more expertise.
