Woah, those are really great credentials! You’re probably in at all of these schools, minus UPenn. That’s tough for ANYONE to get into. But no matter where you go, you seem like you’ll make the most of it and do very very well. Good luck!

Your academics seem to be quite god, and in terms of your varsity soccer, that will give you a good advantage (apply to uni who has soccer as a varsity sport: this lowers required SAT score). Please chance back:

Judging by your scores and in state status I would say your good for UVA, definitely Virginia Tech. Maryland would also be a match, they use SATs as a strong determinate, and you have a stellar score (near perfect in math is awesome!). I don’t know about the other colleges. Although, UPenn seems like it might be a stretch.

UVA and Virginia Tech seem in reach and same with Maryland. Just work on the essays since they are all fairly competitive schools. UIUC seems in reach, I just don’t know if you’ll get direct admission to the program you want. Cornell legacy will help a lot for you.
Penn I say is a reach unless you get your SAT up. Which school are you applying for? SEAS or Wharton?

All of these are match schools excluding cornell and Upenn. The lagacy makes cornell a high match because i think ivies like that, and upenn maybe hard but you have a good chance. But keep in mind the ivies area crapshoot because they deny even the most qualified people, but the legacy should help alot.
