Here are my stats:
High School size-800 in my class, middle class suburban and very competitive
Live in Minnesota
Not a URM
ACT: 32 composite (34 math 33 english 31 reading 30 science)
SAT II Biology M 720 Math II 750
GPA UW: 3.95
GPA W: 4.15
School does not rank but I am atleast top 5%
By senior year will have taken 7 AP’s AP Bio (4), AP CalcAB (5), AP CalcBC (5), AP Composition, AP Chemistry, AP Physics B, AP Statistics.
180+ hours of volunteer work (Junior - Senior) through my church and my communities park and rec.
School soccer team 9,10 captain (didn’t make the team 11, 12 super competitve)
club soccer 1st grade - 12 grade
School cross country ski team 10, 11, 12 Varsity senior year
Link Leadership Crew (type of student government/leadership program)-Advisory Board Officer
Peace Leader (leadership position elected by teachers) - 11
Science Olympiad - team was 4th place in state - 10, 11, 12</p>

<p>I think you have a good shot, but the fact that you live in Minnesota may help a lot.</p>

<p>Being from Minnesota does not help. It is a fairly average state in terms of college representation, maybe even leaning towards the over-represented side.</p>
