From May 1st -15th, 2023, I embarked on a valuable internship at Harra Polypack, a
prominent manufacturing company. My internship involved several key
responsibilities:
â—Ź Understanding the Production Process: My primary task was to plan a process to
achieve the production of 5,000 bags per day. This deepened my appreciation for
the intricacies of manufacturing, including quality control, logistics, and production
optimization.
â—Ź Participating in Marketing Department Meetings: This gave me a comprehensive
understanding of the business. It allowed me to appreciate the strategies and
decision-making processes essential for promoting products and meeting customer
demands.
â—Ź Understanding Cross-Functional Roles: I explored how various departments
interacted and collaborated to ensure the seamless operation of the business. Which
taught me the importance of effective communication and teamwork in a corporate
setting.
2)Online Courses
In my pursuit of continuous learning, I have undertaken several online courses that
have broadened my horizons and equipped me with valuable skills:

Analysis with Business Intelligence:
â—Ź Chess: Skills of Beginnings and Ending Tricks: My fascination with chess led
me to explore this course, where I honed my chess skills.
3)Community Service
During my Grade 11 vacation, I dedicated my time to volunteering at the Karma
Foundation, an NGO committed to uplifting the lives of underprivileged children. My
responsibilities during this period included:
â—Ź Identifying Areas of Need: I actively sought out localities with significant
number of illiterate children, recognizing the importance of addressing
educational disparities.
● Meeting Children’s Needs: I assessed the specific needs of the children,
which included providing them with essential supplies such as notebooks,
stationery, and desks.
â—Ź Teaching Hindi Alphabet: Armed with a blackboard and online resources, I
assumed the role of a teacher, teaching the basics of the Hindi alphabet to
these eager young learners.
â—Ź Fostering Motivation: To keep the children motivated and engaged in learning,
I organized cricket games
â—Ź Enrolling Students in Government Schools: I assisted interested students in
enrolling in local government schools, ensuring they had access to formal

Throughout my academic journey, I have actively participated in Model United
Nations (MUNs). My dedication to public speaking and debate has garnered
recognition in the form of awards:
â—Ź My outstanding performance in MUNs was recognized with a High
Commendation Award.
â—Ź In appreciation for my outstanding performance in debate and public
speaking. I received the Special Mention Award: twice
â—Ź For my eloquence and persuasive speaking abilities, I received a verbal
mention award two times.
4)Foreign Language Proficiency
In my 9th and 10th grades, I undertook the challenge of learning the Spanish
language. I enrolled in Culture Station’s Spanish program and, upon completion,
achieved certification in B2 level. This experience not only broadened my cultural
horizons but also enhanced my ability to communicate with a diverse global
community.
5)Sports Leadership
In the 9th grade, I led my football team to the semi-finals of the prestigious Reliance
Football Cup. Additionally, I was honored with the title of “Best Goalkeeper of the
Tournament.” This experience taught me the value of teamwork, leadership, and
sportsmanship.
6)Poem Writing
In my 12th grade year, I participated in a poetry competition sponsored by my school
and submitted a poem titled “My Mother, My Heart.” It won “Best Poem” for me. This
experience allowed me to express my creativity and emotions through the art of
poetry.
