Thank you!
If you want to give one or two of them a try as a reach it is your prerogative. You have done very well in HS but from what I see your ACTs are on the low side (will likely fall at or below the 25th percentile). you didn’t take SATIIs, and I see no particularly compelling ECs. You need to expand your horizons and recognize that there are many wonderful schools out there where you can have a great 4 year experience and get where you want to go in life.

Are you planning to major in engineering, math or physics? If so, good news. Many of the top tech schools are actively seeking smart women because the schools have a gender imbalance (more men than women major in those fields.) Even better news for you - many of these top tech schools aren’t Ivies and unlike Ivies who only give need based aid, they give merit aid, especially to smart women they’re trying to attract. Start looking for tech oriented schools instead of Ivies. It’s a better match for you, they’ll appreciate you more and you’ll have a better chance of admissions and $$$.
you def need more extracurriculars and u should aim for 33+ on ACT, you really are not that special of a candidate right now and you need to show much more interest for a field of study. are you a rising senior?
That wasn’t something my kid was interested in, so we didn’t research that. If I were you, I’d make a new thread and post it in the “College Search and Selection” Forum. Start by saying you are a woman interested in ChemE, give your stats including what part of the country you’re in and ask for recommendations for the best colleges.
Bruh of course you should take a subject test (look at application requirements to make sure you have everything). ACT is on the lower side. If you insist on applying to these schools (and you might as well), definitely EA/ED for a higher acceptance rate. Good luck!
