Chance Me (Junior Year)

First, Dartmouth is my reach school, and I'm not really sure I want to go, but my dad is pressuring me. I would like to double major in French and German

Dance I (fine arts credit, mandatory for graduation)
German I Honors
Geometry G/T (gifted and talented -one rank up from honors- for those of you not familiar with MD public schools)
U.S. History G/T (not eligible for AP due to English class, but the teacher said I would have been better in AP)
Earth Space Science G/T

GPA: 3.6, unweighted

Rank: not released until senior year, likely low (tons of people with unweighted 4.0s, about half have a weighted 4.9 or 5.0)

SAT: 2030 cumulative, 720 CR, 670 W (8 on essay), 640 M

SAT II: will take German, French, Biology, maybe Math II in June or October

Based on your test scores, rank, and gpa, I don't think you have a great chance, but your courses look pretty good.

I'd say give it a shot. All you have to do is make a peer write a review anyways.
