These are misconceptions. You can get a great education most anywhere. Mine turned down Honors at U of SC for unreputed Charleston but she was in two small groups within Honors and her education was mostly strong.
In life, no one will care if you went to Bing or Albany or UNH or Central Connecticut.
The point is - find the right school for you - not what a magazine says is good.
Have you even visited different school types - large, mid size, small ? Urban, suburban, rural?
If you are full pay, you have the resources to visit. You will make your success in life - not Bing vs Oneonta.
So find the right school for you. One that fits you - not what people tell you is a bigger name….bcuz they’re all mainly substitutional .
You will be somewhere four years day after day. So look deeper.
