Do you expect to be an international applicant two years from now, or is it possible you may have residency by then?
I believe that you’ll still be considered in-state for tuition purposes at UT, if you remain in TX and graduate from HS there - is that correct? Yet, you don’t have UT-McCombs on your list - why?
Given the range of projected costs at schools on your list, it appears that either 1) you’re a full-pay applicant whose family can afford even 90K/year schools without hardship or 2) you haven’t thought through the cost issues. Which is it? For an international applicant, ability to pay makes a vast difference. As others have said, it’s too early to answer many aspects of the questions you’re asking; but it’s definitely not to early to figure out what your budget will look like and how that may impact which schools make sense to apply to.
