Chance me on transferring to Wesleyan University

Hello all,

I currently go to a four-year private college in Illinois called Elmhurst College. It’s not a bad school, but it isn’t highly regarded either (although it was ranked 10th best regional university in the Midwest if that means anything). After my freshman year I finished off with a 4.0 taking both honors courses and 4-5 200/300 level courses. I am really hoping to transfer to Wesleyan University spring 2017. Do you think I have a chance? Looking for honest opinions. Also my ACT score was 29 which is a bit lower than the median score. I believe it is optional to send in test scores now to the school so do you think I should send it in still, or not because it is kind of low compared to other ACT scores at the school?

Extra info:

Was in band that played for many school events

So do I actually have a shot of getting into Wesleyan? If not, I don’t know if i should even apply because the application fee is $55-60. Any help/advice would be appreciated. BTW I’m an Accounting/Finance major with a minor in mathematics. If i went to wesleyan i would major in Economics. Thanks!!!

We just answered this question on another thread.
