Chance me? OOS from NJ

<p>My intended major is Athletic Training, most likely minor in nutritional sciences. Senior in HS</p>

<p>3.56 UW/4.39 W
1150/1670 SAT (520R.630M.520W) took it twice and just took the November one
640 SATII Math1</p>

<h1>28 in 400+ students (dont know how many exactly)</h1>

<p>5 Honors classes 9th grade, 4 Honors in 10th and 11th, 3 AP (Biology, English and Calculus) and 1 Honors (Anatomy) for 12th</p>

<p>EC:
4 years volleyball, 4 years track & field (captain), 2 years basketball (9th and 10th), Physics Team, Technology Students assiociation, around 25hrs of community service (Haven’t calculated it exactly). Also part of National Honors Society</p>

<p>Worked two part time jobs between junior year and now. First job as a waitress, worked for about 6 months averaging 35hr/week. Second job from this summer as retail at the mall averaging 15-20hrs/week</p>

<p>I know that my SAT scores are lower than the average. Hopefully the Nov SATs that I took will improve my R and W</p>

<p>thank you for pointing that out. do I go by my 3.6 gpa or 4.3? it says out of 4 but considers weighted, which confuses me.</p>

<p>Use the weighted gpa and convert it to a 4.0 scale</p>

<p>Thanks. With my SAT scores right now, I’m in the yellow zone. I dont know if I should choose the optional summer start at UP. I would rather avoid it but if it gets my to UP fall 2011, I would have no problem. Any thoughts?</p>
