I am planning on applying to Penn this fall early decision.
I have a 2240 on the SAT with CR:800 Writing:780 and math:660
(I plan on retaking in November to improve my math score)
I took the subject tests in October and am still waiting for my results for my second score but I have a 740 on the U.S. History one from last year.
I have had straight A’s all four years taking the highest level classes available each year at my school.
My school does not release rank or GPA but I know that I am in atleast the top 2% and top 8 of my class of 365.
I am almost positive that no one else from my school is applying to Penn.
My brother is currently a Sophomore at Penn in the Wharton business and M&T engineering dual degree program.
Extracurriculars: Cross- country Captain, Track all four years, NHS, volunteer with special needs people in hipotherapy every week for four years, Ski Club 3 years, math league 4 years, Student Ambassadors 3 years, Foreign Exchange program, worked at local historical society last summer on the artifact’s database.
I also took courses in Philosophy and Anthropolgy at Brown this summer (Stayed for 3 weeks. On a no-credit basis).

I am interested in applying to the school of arts and sciences (which my brother refers to as the school of arts and crafts haha).

My Questions:
How big are sororities/ fraternities at Penn?
Do students typically spend a lot of time in the city or on campus?
What do you NOT like about Penn?
What kind of reputation would you say Penn has A) in the job market and B) with the other Ivy Leagues?

And most importantly…
Do you think a I have a shot at getting in/ What would you say I need to improve on most before applying?
