- Independent College Prep School- ranked high
- 3.97/4.0 (school does not weight)
- School doesn’t rank, but I know I’m in the top 10% out of 80 because I receive a Cum Laude Award.</p>

Freshman:

I did not do well on the SAT and I plan to submit my ACT instead.</p>
<p>Extra Curriculars:**
Ballet- 15-20 hours a week freshman year. I had danced since I was three but decided i just didn’t enjoy it any more.
Ski Racing- 22 hours a week during December, Jan and Feb. After school every day and all day on weekends. I train throughout the year though. (Sophomore- Senior Years). Captain.
Service Organization: 100 hours a year. President Junior and Senior Years. Basically a philanthropic organization that gives money to organizations that need it in the community. we raise money, go on site visits, review grants etc. (Sophomore- Senior Years)
Forensics- Speech competition- I’ve done it since 6th grade. No major awards. 60 hours a year (October- March)
Piano- Played for forever. About 7 hours a week.
Also, I organized an entire day at my school with two others where we got 25 speakers to come in and speak to the school. Was about 200 hours of work.
I worked with a group figuring out the need in my community for different organizations sophomore year (30 hours)
I am doing research full time this summer, and into the fall.
I have a part-time job for senior year (10-15 hours/ week)
I have traveled a TON (14 countries) and plan to add that into my essay somehow, if I can find an interesting non-repetitive angle.</p>
