Your UW GPA is a bit low though well in the range of these schools. Wake forest is a match and Georgetown is a reach/high reach. Write great essays and you should have a great chance!

Do you not like Emory college, why Oxford College? Are you applying to both?
For the scholarship your SAT and EC’s would probably matter more.
Wake- low Match/ Match
GTown- High Reach
Oxford Scholar- High Reach
Emory- Reach
