<p>You definitely have a better chance at getting in because of your residency, however your stats are a little low according to the median statistics of accepted UMD students. Hopefully your essay is good and you’ll have a pretty good chance.</p>

<p>I have really similar stats to you. Asian male in MD priority app… UW: 3.43 W: 3.95 SAT M + CR: 1340… Better ECs, less work experience and awards. I think we both have VERY good chances at getting in, but more opinions from other people would be great.</p>
