<p>I am a HS Junior. I live in Texas. I am white. I am about 28 in my class of 650. I have a 4.0 (if a 4.0 is considered all A’s). On the SAT i got a 760 math/ 670 CR/ 750 writing. I am going to be NM commended (not sure that that helps.) I work 20 hours a week during school year, 35 in the summer. I am in Debate (2 years) NHS (2 years) Young Republicans (3 years). I will have about 50 volunteer hours when I graduate. I take all AP and preAP classes. My essay is going to be about how my dad who had a lot of money was evil and therefore I don’t just want to go to a really good school and make a lot of money, but rather I want to go to school that will allow me to develop into both a successful and morale person. I’m also going to mention that I was below the federal poverty line in 2007. Should I take the SATs again? Should I take the ACT? What are my chances looking like at Cornell, Duke, UNC, Berkeley, RICE (first choice) probably ED, Georgetown, UT honors?</p>
