Chance me please

Hi all, i plan on applying to LSA on rolling decision.
GPA: 3.95 (4.5 weighted)- high end Catholic school
class rank: 2 out of 110
ACT: 29, but i retook it in December and it should be at least a 30
E.C:
Student Body President
Varsity Soccer Captain
Ambassador’s club President
Key Club
Mu Alpha Theta
National Honors Society
Peer Ministry
Youth Ministry
USCF chess player
Was a manager for the football team in 8th and 9th grade
Work experience (had a summer job at a warehouse)
family income: 25,000 - 50,000, divorced parents, live in louisiana

These are just some stats, but assuming my recs and my essays are good, what do my chances look like?

Probably in, especially if you raise the ACT.

Thank you  just got my ACT score in, raised it to a 31!

RobertNewman, given your financial situation, I recommend you aim for a 33 on the ACT. That would improve your chances at a merit scholarship from Michigan and improve your chances with selective and wealthy private universities with excellent financial aid offerings.

Thank you Alexandre, i will do my best to get my scores up as much as I can before I have to apply.
But aside from scholarships and what not, how do my chances look on solely admission?
