Chance me please?

I’m not going to have a lot of money and I’ll pretty much be completely relying on scholarship money, so I’d like any college suggestions with good scholarship programs. I was thinking about Anderson University in SC, or Clemson University.
I’m a junior in IB at my school this year, and so far I’ve got all high A’s. Last time I checked, I had a 3.825 UW GPA, but my grades have
improved since then. I was 32 out of 369, but again, that was earlier this year. I want to double major in Math and French, and hopefully teach one of those, though I love them both, so I’m not sure how I’ll decide… Oh, and I haven’t gotten the chance to take the SAT again, and my last time was a long, long time ago, with a score I’m not too proud of…

Any advice?

What SAT score are you likely to achieve this time around? And, if you could also take the ACT as well…

Conservatively, I’m looking at ~2000. I, of course, hope to do better, but if I can’t make as much time to study as I’d like to, then that’ll obviously hamper my progress.
Oh, and if it helps, I’ve done almost 100 hours (95 or so, I’m pretty sure) of service in helping at a day care with a focus on the behind-the-scenes aspects of a teacher’s job, like getting ready during the summer. I definitely thought that this would be a beneficial use of my time since I hope to teach high school, and will need the practice in lesson planning.

Anyone with any advice?

Clemson: Safety
Anderson: Safety
