Chance me please!

Out of the schools I applied EA to, I’ve had two deferrals and two acceptances, but what I considered a safety deferred me, and a reach accepted. I’m curious if I could get some input.

Grades:
2170 SAT
4.13/4.3 weighted GPA
8 AP classes throughout high school
college-level class in a summer program (EC?)

EC:
2 year club president
involvement of a club on the regional level (not just in my school)
member of 6 other clubs
executive board member of two government committees
created and lead a service learning project
NHS
Intern at a law office

My grades dropped sophomore year but picked back up in junior year.

Did you apply ED? Either way I think you’re a lock.

How do you have greater than a 4.0 unweighted? And why did you apply to so many schools ED/EA? I’m actually surprised a “safety” school deferred you, but maybe they found out you applied to other schools ED?

Either way, you should be good-to-go with GW. And you shouldn’t apply ED if you don’t intend to go there…

I didn’t apply ED. Nowhere did I say ED in my post. It is also a weighted GPA. My school’s grading system goes up to a 4.3 and I have a weighted 4.13 (I apologize if that sounded confusing).
