<p>I will keep this short and simple. I am applying this november. I finished all 6 honor classes for TAP. Using my gpa for fall applications, I will be submitting a gpa of 3.84. I am a science major and the three majors I wish to get into are: biochemistry, neuroscience, or biology. In terms of my EC, I have volunteered at Orangewood Children’s Shelter, Pomona Homeless Shelter, and I am still working in the hospital for some experience. HOWEVER, by the time spring comes around, I will only finish CHEM 51, meaning i won’t have one semester of organic chemistry. But I completed all my math requirements as well as biology, and general physics. The only thing that is worrying me is the fact that I won’t be able to finish even ONE semester of organic chemistry…which really doesn’t make sense to even take one semester of organic chemistry at a cc in spring 2011…I have been at cc for 3 years now…due to science classes being filled up rapidly. Chance me please!</p>
