I applied ed to WASHU
I also applied ea to, Uchicago, Umich, Wisc, Indiana, and thinking of applying to NYU and BU regular decision
my school does not rank and does not calculate weighted gpas
Freshman year my gpa was a: 3.5
Soph: 3.7
Junior: 3.9
(All estimations)
My final GPA was around a 3.7

MY ECS are solid
Foreign Language journal editor in chief for 4 years
Captain of Volleyball soph and senior year
Started a handball team
group leader and local synagouge
have had multiple summer jobs
Head of environmental club and young jewish democrats

I go to a prestigious jewish day school in the bronx
do not have legacy anywhere significant
Very rigorous courseload.
6 AP’s in high school
most classes honors including 2 foreign languages

Also planning on entering as a compsci engineer and am a woman (heard that helps)
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT MY CHANCES ARE FREAKING OUT!!!

hi!!! so this is totally insane because i have very similar info as u!! my gpa is a bit higher and i did 7 APs but i also applied ed to washu . bugging. do u know when we hear back??? i think u have a pretty good chance. u seem like a hard working chika! legacy/??? always helps. girl power for life!!! xoxoxoxooxox. if we both get in lets be roomies!!!

all your things are pretty solid
i think that you can get in to most of the schools, except maybe uchicago

and yes, being a female in compsci definitely helps lol

Uchicago is a reach, even if you have an advantage
Umich is a good match
NYU most likely a good match as well.
