Sorry for length. What are my chances for SAS, Engineering School and pharmacy even though its very very slim for pharmacy. Also what about honors in each individual school. What kind of aid would i be able to acheive? Both scholarships and govt.

First, your a shoe in for sas, honors you have a good chance. You have a pretty good chance at Pharmacy too, but only do pharmacy if you want to do it. You should have an idea of what you want to do. The 5 for ap chem will get you out of one year of general chemistry and the one semester lab that comes with it (take the credit, it will be the best decision of your life!). For pharmacy, they only accept 8 credits i think, so you’d only get out of general chemistry 161 and 162(8 credits) so you’ll have to take the one semester of lab. That’s the only bad side of chemistry, though a lot of people that get in transfer out. Ranks also pretty important in terms of acceptance to sas honors, business, or pharmacy. In terms of money if you have a high rank and good sat scores, you can get a lot of money from Rutgers. I know a lot of people that get full rides, room and board and tuition. Another thing, if you do decide to do a lot of ap courses( take as many as you can and get 5’s!) you wont be able to use them for rutgers pharmacy, just beware. If you do, say, sas honors school, you can use all the credits you want, and you get special honors classes that are smaller and not big 300 person lectures.

Thank you so much I forgot to mention my rank is 43/768 and 4.6gpa. It’s not the best, but I personally think its amazing for me lol. I’m still thinking if I want to become a pharmacist or engineer. I was thinking if i got in to Rutgers pharm I would try to become a pharmacologist, im pretty sure they are the research people. Thank you soo much. I have one more question though. The rutgers app does not really allow me to properly go in depth with my activities. Some of my activities, I can’t even fit in to the box due to character restrictments. Any ideas? Thank you again.

I just got into SAS for Spring Transfer. HS GPA was a 2.2 but college GPA was 3.68 with 31 credits. You are 100% in for SAS my man.
