FAU has a direct admit to their nursing program, the only Florida public university to have such a program (UM has both direct admit AND third year transfer options). You might want consider adding FAU to your list. All your other publics, students apply to the nursing program during their sophomore year (very competitive process).

UM is a very expensive private school, so unless you have the appropriate funding sources, it might not be a good option for a nursing degree. FIU also has a nursing program and cost significantly less than UM.
Also, if you are a Florida resident, have you considered using dual enrollment to knock out some of the nursing prerequisites? You could potentially complete as much as 30 credits your senior year (if you spend your senior year on the campus of your local State College) and it is completely free.
With the exception of UF and UM, I think you have a good shot at all the other Florida universities.
