"Chance me" - unique story

Hey all, I’m applying to a few schools I’ll list below for electrical engineering, and while I do have several major kinks in my record, I think my “backstory” isn’t too common and will afford me some leeway, but I could be totally wrong, so I’d appreciate some feedback.

Schools I’m applying to: USC, NYU, UVA, Georgetown (no engineering here, so, physics), and Lehigh
Current cumulative GPA: 3.82
Credits earned: 52
Expected credits at time of application: 64
Expected GPA: 3.8-3.84
relevant courses taken: calc 1-3, discrete maths, calculus-based physics 1 & 2 with lab, chemistry 1, computer science 1, digital logic

Relevant facts
-male
-white
-25-years-old
-concurrently enrolled at state school and community college (both in the same university system)
-high school dropout, but I effectively stopped attending school in 7th grade
-GED
-diagnosed circadian rhythm disorder (non-24 hour)
-have 1 full year of “withdrawals” from my first year of college after a retroactive medical withdrawal was approved after I took 1 year off from university to seek treatment

The point: My circadian rhythm disorder caused me much trouble in my early life, but after I was diagnosed and afforded treatment, my academic success has increased exponentially and I now want to transfer to a better school for better opportunities.

Bump - any input?
