yur in… u doing preffered admissio/?

I know that my ACT score is surely good enough, but I am really worried about the fact that I only have a 3.5 weighted GPA. Sure I go to a very rigorous high school, but i’m not sure if that will be able to outweigh such a low GPA.

I just received a letter of reccomendation from my preceptor who attended the University of Michigan for 9 years (4 years undergrad, 2 years masters, 3 years medical school). How much will this be able to help me?

@ JonLouis : I applying Early Action to LSA, they don’t have a preferred admit program for their Medical School that I know of.

bump. bump.

bump. bump.

I think you have a good chance but did you play like sports and/or other non academic related activities? If not, its ok I was jw. However, make sure you have really good recs and the essay especially!! They could always be a deciding factor!..other than that you look good. Best of luck, Galib2011. :D!

bumpbump…

Just to let everyone know, Jesuit is not a TOUGH school. It honestly depends on the classes you take when it comes to any high school. I live very close to Jesuit, and I know for a fact that it is not as difficult as Chenedz claims it to be.
