I think your chances are decent. Especially as a class president and ranked 5th, but, it sounds like perhaps a very small school? No idea where your school is either, since having no honors or AP is unusual.

You seem to have everything you would need to get into URochester: top 5% class rank/great GPA, lots of leadership, good LoRs, and hopefully good essays. You definitely have a solid chance! I would call it a target for you.

My other is UConn and I got in( storrs+honors) and Syracuse university
