Chances for Cal based on GPA and SAT is good. Cal however is a reach for all. Try to develop your leadership across your ECs and start working on your 4 essays! They will take work. polish, polish, polish.
As ASB President my school is changing the position to one that is primarily fund raising because I was so successful as a class officer the previous three years. I will be planning quarterly fund raising for the school beginning with a Basketball “Hoop Fest” in November (which will be a very large organizational undertaking). I will follow that with See’s Candy sales for the holidays & Valentines Day, Custom spirit wear sales (much more involved than it may sound) and takeovers of a local restaurant. I will also plan and organize all school assemblies as ASB President. I am a Community Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce, where I greet visitors throughout the summer. I am a two term President of our local FBLA chapter and have competed at the district, state and national levels for three years. I also volunteer at a homeless shelter, the art Museum for children’s programs, and the public library for major donor events. I also have worked for the local non profit performing arts organization for the past four years. When the Front of House manager was out of town, I was promoted to Assistant Front of House Manager at the age of 15. I am Red Cross certified in CPR and baby sitting. I am also a musician, singer & songwriter. My schedule is very full, I’m not sure I can do much else.

Maybe you might need more AP classes but overall, I think you are in a good shape. My friend had a 3. 84 GPA and he got accepted. You might need to work on your leadership and maybe volunteer. Make sure you have strong essays too. They really matter.
My school doesn’t offer as many AP classes as some. Because I’m in school leadership I have to take a leadership class. I’m taking four which is one more than my school prefers and I have one other required class so that fills up my schedule.

I have volunteer over 400 hours over the past three years. I’m the most prominent student leader in my community. But I do all of this because it means something to me. I get far more than I give from volunteering and leadership.

I’m not bragging, but I can see how you could interpret it that way. I’m just being honest, I work very hard, I’m organized and dependable.
Washington CS direct admission is always a reach, although you are more likely to get admitted to the school but not the CS major (and then would have to compete for admission to CS later if you enroll).
UCB EECS is always a reach. UCB L&S may be a low reach or high match for an applicant with an unweighted 4.0 GPA in hard courses, but then getting into the L&S CS major requires a 3.3 GPA in three specific college CS courses.
