Chance me/ Where should I apply?

Hi I need help finalizing my college list. I know this is very late, but I have already applied to all of my safety and match schools, so I need help deciding where else to apply.

I really want to major in applied math, but I know a lot of schools don’t offer it.

Essays/Writing: common app essay is pretty good, but nothing revolutionary

If you can find the print edition of the Princeton Review college guide, you will see a sampling, "Great Schools for Mathematics Majors, in which a few dozen schools are included. For applied math, look into Brown, et al. Also consider majoring in math and minoring in statistics at some of the other suggestions offered. Computer science also overlaps with applied mathematics.

With your profile, you are likely competitive for almost any program, so choose a reach based on whether you like that university. Brown, MIT, CMU, Cornell, etc. Liberal arts colleges with strong programs would be Harvey Mudd and Williams.
