<p>Full IB candidate until this year, I switched to 5 AP courses because I was presented with the opportunity to skip first-year Calculus and go to straight to second, which I saw as more beneficial towards my future. This is reflected in my personal statement.
I had no less than 4 advanced/honors/IB courses every year of high school.</p>

<p>I’m afraid because I was waitlisted at SB, and I know that they are similar in rank, etc. I’ve been looking at other candidates, and I feel that I do not have enough EC’s to be accepted. This is my last hope…</p>
