    strong essay. so what do you think my chances are?</p>

Honestly
A 3.7 and a 1890 are at the lower end of the application pool.
Additionally as an out of state applicant, in my opinion, your chances
are minimal. Hopefully you have a back-up plan. Good Luck !</p>
