Chance me?

Hi, I really want to go to USC (southern cal). my dad went there for uni as well, and it has been my dream school since high school
i’m currently a junior in an international school. we are only offered IB (3 HL 3 SL). for HL classes, i chose english business/management and history, and for SL i chose chinese B math and chemistry.
since we’re in IB school, we don’t have use GPAs, but i’ve always been on the honor roll/high honor roll list (honor roll : 5/6/7, high honor roll : 6/7). we also run on a trimester based schedule

freshman:
math : 6,7,7
bio: 5, 5,5
humanities (modern world): 6,7,7
english: 4,6,7
mandarin B: 6,6,6
art:5,6,6
PE:6,6,6
music: 6,7,7

soph:
math: 6,7,7
physical sci: 5,6,6
asian studies (history): 6,7,6
english: 6,6,6
mandarin: 6,6,6
music: 7,7,6
IT: 7,6,6
art: 6,7,7
PE: 6,6,6

junior (IB DP based–3HL 3SL):
math: 7
chem-6
history - 5 (teacher hardly gives out 7s. hopefully i can change that next time :/)
business/management-7
english - 5 (ridiculously hard to get a 7)
mandarin -6

im very active in my school community: MUN (chair, student officer/advisor, best delegate award), student council (class president, treasurer, secretary–hoping to get president next year!), member of NHS, photographer of my school’s online newspaper, play in varsity volleyball (captain, mvp) and varsity soccer. I am also the main MC whenever my school has an event (unless i am participating, i.e. volleyball)
probably my biggest highlight is that i was in the AMIS international honor band and i traveled to scotland! (only 80 or so students get invited to perform together of the whole international community in the world)

what are my chances of being accepted to USC? i feel like my SAT might be slightly lower than what is usually accepted, so should i retake it again? hopefully my freshman grade wont completely kill my chances =</p>

bump anyway? :)

btw, i forgot to add my community/service projects
I am part of a program called CP Sapling that helps disabled kids. we basically spend a day once every 2 months or so and “have fun” with them
I am one of the co-founders of one of the programs at our school called Local School Teacher, where a group of us plans lesson plans and teach them to local chinese lower school kids every saturday (excluding holidays, etc)
I am also one of the co-founders for another program called School of the Blind where we visit them once a month and help out with the kids (read to them, etc)
Member of Microlending (fundraise money–mainly through our annual walk-a-thon–to loan to small business that cannot afford to do so. after a certain period of time that owner will return the money to us and we will lend that money out again)
Helped create a program called iCare, which aims to help new students, students that need help in academic areas, etc. we started the peer tutoring at our school.
the flute ensemble that i am part of hosted a fundraiser to raise donations for the japan earthquake last year (we earned roughly 1000 dollars!)

and for some reason i never posted my sat scores. sorry about that…2020

I think your best shot is to call the admissions office and reiterate your activites to them to make sure they know EXACTLY what you have contributed to your community. Otherwwise, I think you have like a 27.9% chance of admission to USC.
