Chance me!

Hi everyone, I have a 3.5 GPA unweighted, 4.1 weighted, top 20 percent of my class, and I am going to be at least a NMSF having a 216 PSAT score. I have very strong ec's, having starting my own business, qualifying for nationals in Robotics and hopefully FBLA, and DECA, having over 1600 hours of community service volunteering at a troubled high schools in the KC area, and being an all state violinist and receiving nothing but 1's at districts, and states. I also play tennis, and our team has won state 3 years in a row. I have also worked at KUMON. Im looking to do industrial engineering with a minor in economics, or finance. How are my chances for UT austin, UNC chapel hill, Gerogia Tech, UofM, Texas AM, USC, and UIUC? Thanks, and I will chance back if you post the link. Any advice on how I can make my resume better would be appreciated! Thanks again!

Get a 2100 on SAT, a bit better unweighted GPA maybe to a 3.7 if that is possible or at least show that your grades improve during junior and senior year. Then I think you will get into all of those schools! Even without those extra efforts I believe you have great chances.

thanks! Im really hoping so! Is there anything anoyone would suggest to beef up my resume? Also can I get a 3.7 by the end of this year if I get all A's?

To beef up your resume, you focus should be Grades and Test scores try to raise your weighted gpa to 4.2 by the end and your Sat to about 2000-2100 and you should be good for all of the mentioned schools

Awesome thanks Conan419. Is national merit impressive on a resume?
