Work Experience: I've worked 10-20 hours weekly during the school year

I also should note that I'm applying for a Navy ROTC scholarship with Cornell as my #1 choice

Right now, your chances look a bit below average. With an improvement in your ACT score, you should have about an average chance.

Would I have a better shot applying to just Arts & Sciences than Engineering?

Hard to tell, but for engineering, you better have very high SAT II scores in math ii and physics as well as the ACT math.

Try to attain a higher ACT/SAT score

I you really sure that you want to major in sciences or engineering? Your profile seems like you’d be a better fit for ILR or CHE??

Yeah I’m sure.

Any other thoughts
