I am an international student who goes to a boarding school in Pennsylvania. My school is recognized in Penn but I don’t know if it is recognized nationally. My school is definitely more challenging in terms of academics than public schools and other private schools. We don’t have class ranks and GPA (school doesn’t calculate it).
My grades have been ok but not good enough for the schools that I am applying to. I took classes that are pretty challenging
9th grade average - 89.7
10th grade average - 89.1
11th grade average - 90.something
12th grade - 90.something so far. (double history, no science)
My school had been using trimester system until this year. We now use the quarter system.
My SAT is M-770 CR-700 W-710. TOEFL score is 108.
SAT subject tests - U.S History 680, Math level II - 750
I took AP calculus AB and I got a 4.
I’ve volunteered over the summers for child and elderly care at big hospitals.
This past summer, I took two college credit courses at Georgetown U, Intro to Psych and U.S history since the civil war. I got an A and an A- in each. (I’m looking to apply as a psych major).
I am a founder of a community wide campaign and over 200 people participated in it (I wrote about it in my essay).
I have been a prefect (like an RA) on dorm for my 11th and 12th grade years.
I was a sophomore class officer. I’ve been a tour guide head for 1 year and tour guide for 2 years. I am the head of elements of hiphop club at school.
I got honorable mention in national Latin exam and I received academic distinction at school several times.
I played soccer and violin for quite a long time. I was on varsity soccer and also participated in orchestra at school.

What’s my chance at Northwestern ED?
