<p>I would say that you have a fair chance. You already noted the one thing that I would suggest changing. Your ACT score does seem a bit low (especially for engineering), but Im sure with some work you can get it several points higher. </p>

<p>The suspension is going to be notated on the Common App, and your guidance counselor is going to have to add information about it. </p>

<p>You need to discuss this issue with your guidance counselor. It is likely going to be an issue for you . </p>
