you should slide right into Oregon, the average gpa is only 3.6 and the average ACT is 22-28 so you are well above for both, I will not speculate on the others because i do not know much about them but they are very good schools with competitive students, i would say Ohio state you should be good but the others are very competitive, not that you don’t have a chance though. Sorry i could not give you much info on the schools other than oregon

also depends on majors i know a kid who had even over a 5.0 gpa (crazy i know) and did not get in to stanford and other schools but it was because the major was ridiculously competitive
