  1. I talked about overcoming ADHD as a child and how I overcame the difficulties that came with it.
  2. I talked about how in my sophomore year I persevered through my math class that I began failing but ended up pulling through to get a B and how I developed a work ethic from the experience.

I will never understand these threads. There is nobody on this site-current students, ex-students, parents, etc., who can give you any answer that is not a shot in the dark. You can get the numbers for past years on any number of sites. Just go ahead and apply and give it your best shot. Don’t listen to the parents that frequent this site. Having kids that applied to college does not in any way qualify these people as proficient at assessing your chances, regardless of the number of articles they have read or the fact that they have kids in college. If you like UCLA, apply and rest easy at night knowing you have given it your best.

I mean, @uclapack is totally right. The people that respond to these kinds of threads can make things so much more stressful than they need to be (if you go to my profile and see some of the responses I got to the Chance Me thread I posted way back, you’ll understand why I feel that way).

This site is a great resource for lots of things, but these chance me type threads are not one of those things.

That said, you have good stats–nothing they can hold against you really. Apply and hope for the best.
