So I currently have a 2.7 gpa in high school. I was wonder if their were a chance for me to transfer to any of these schools
if I get a high gpa my freshmen year at a state university.

But I’d say you have no chance.
If you transfer during your Freshman year, your High School grades and test scores will still figure prominently in the considerations. I have to agree that your chances will be slim. If you transfer after Sophomore year, it is possible that some of the schools you list (not all) will not put too much weight on your high school credential but mostly on your college academic record. Under those circumstances, if you have a strong GPA and are able to maintain it for three semester, you will certainly be considered but there are no sure things.
