UC GPA? https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/
Post UW UC GPA/Capped Weighted UC GPA and Fully weighted UC GPA since UCLA/UCB consider all these GPA’s.

Unweighted GPA: 3.59
Weighted GPA: 4.16
Weighted and Capped GPA: 3.84

also I’m from tennessee if that helps for geographic diversity

You have a competitive ACT score but UC’s tend to be very GPA focused. Your GPA will hurt your chances and you state that you are applying for FA but may not qualif?. For the UC’s, you will be full pay at $55K+/year and they offer little to no FA for OOS applicants. Great essays and EC’s will help your chances.

Freshman admit rates for UC GPA of 3.80-4.19:

UCB: 12%
UCLA: 14%

Both are Reach schools even with your test scores.

Good Luck
