About Me
I speak out when someone says something striking towards me or towards someone else, and try to teach them what’s right about topics like this.
My friends say I’m a great person. I’m caring and loyal and I put other people ahead of myself. I have a fondness of the Earth and its environment and so many people on it.
My favorite book is She’s Come Undone by Wally Lamb. Being a coming of age story, I sympathize with the main character, Dolores Price. Having a completely different background and life story, I still find myself in her.
I’m inspired by people I meet daily. Strangers. Every person is different, and listening to their experiences is something worth anyone’s time. I’m inspired by the strangers I am yet to meet, and the stories I am yet to hear.
After finishing all my homework and studies, I enjoy spending my time with my closest friends. We go on hikes to get fresh air, sing until we lose our voices, and talk about what we’ll do when we graduate from high school.
Usually, I go outside to listen to nature or blast some of my favorite songs, but I prefer writing. The flow of my voice on paper releases all the stress stored my body. It helps me express myself and solve my issues easily.

Testing
My PSATs were both 1100 straight
My highest SAT currently is a 1260. I’m studying my life away. The goal is at least a 1400, but if it’s higher, that’s ideal. My SAT essay score is a 23/24, which is amazing, but no schools care about it…
Will take the ACT for the first time in September just to see what happens/if I’m better at one over the other
AP Tests- My school doesn’t have the best AP teachers. Everything for us is self learned, sadly, but I still try my best. I’m happy, so far, considering Penn doesn’t take many of the history scores. Mostly math.
APUSH- 3
AP GOV- 3
AP PSYCH- 4

All of the schools you listed are either high matches or reaches.
Test scores definitely need to be improved!! I went fro 1520 (1st time) and then 1570 (2nd time)!!

Use the Erica Meltzer books for reading and writing, as they helped me go from the low 700s to high 700s. For math I never studied because I did AIME, but barrons is pretty good.

In your app, concentrate on a few ECs to show and write about. You have a lot and dont have to put everything on your app. Tell colleges about the things that you are the most passionate about; for example, definitely put soccor on your app, but I would caution against putting basketball because your interest in it slowly faded away.

Most of these schools are high reaches/out of reach with your current SAT score. George Washington and American are slightly less reachy. If you work hard to improve your SAT or get a better ACT score, your chances will improve, but these schools are reaches for the best students.

The good news is that you have a great GPA. You can also get a head start on the Common App by categorizing and cutting down your ECs like @pianoswim suggests. Pick the ones you’re most passionate about and have invested the most time in.
