I think your chances are good - your GPA is good, SAT is just above the 75%. Make sure your essays are really good, and if you have to submit LOR’s, they are also very strong. I think you are admitted as L&S undeclared and then have to get a minimum 3.3 in required while there to petition to declare CS. EECS requires admission straight into the program as a freshman, but also equally difficult to get into.
