Will someone please help me out?

I think that you have a chance at Lehigh and maybe the University of Michigan, but the others are definitely reaches.

Hi, thanks for weighing in. I thought Holy Cross and Nebraska would be targets or safeties, and that Michigan might be a reach…

Maybe. Based on your choice of major, I would also suggest that you consider rochester institute of technology (RIT) for its health-science program and high acceptance rate.

Will you get a chance to visit the schools? It will help you make the decision
Why did you pick those places?

“Founder and president of school chapter of Flat Earth Society, four years.” Was this a parody club or serious dedication to the idea that the Earth is flat? If the latter, then you’re sending that won’t help your application. Tuba playing could give you an advantage if the school is seeking such. Your EC’s otherwise are not as distinctive as many successful applicants to Ivies, Rice, Mudd, Stanford.

Great test scores, ECs could probably use some work (Flat Earth Society? Lmao) At the very least you are going to get into UNL.

Have you looked into BU as well?

I think your stats look good for Lehigh, NYU. All the Ivies are reaches for everyone and I don’t know much about the others. IF you are truly interested in Lehigh, make sure that you show interest by visiting if possible, attending events, etc. Read this year’s Lehigh thread. It seems that many high scoring kids were shut out and the feeling is that the school was practicing yield protection. In other words, they were waitlising kids they thought were using Lehigh as a safety.

Honestly, your scores are good enough that at this point, it’s all up to the rest of the applicant pool, your essay, and what kind of vibe all of your supplements give the admissions officers. You have everything you need to get into any one of these schools but college admissions are a crapshoot. I know someone who got rejected from Northeastern but got into UPenn. Good luck with your applications.
