<p>Applied for Radio/TV/Film major-- I have taken all of the Television and Creative Writing Classes my school has to offer.</p>

<p>Very involved with extra curriculars- Part of the morning news program at my help, on a committee that raised money for a skatepark in town, very involved with musical theatre and stage crew, President of the French Honor Society, member of the National Honor Society, involved on a Volunteerism Committee in my town, member of the Leo Club partaking in numerous volunteer activities, and I’m a member of my school’s literary magazine.</p>

<p>My common app essay was very strong and I got my recommendations from 2 teachers I am really close with.</p>

The ACT score is on the low side for NU. You are taking only two APs, and one of them (EnviroSci) is not among the tougher ones.
You haven’t given certain other information such as class standing, demographic factors, etc., but from what you have listed you would not appear to be among the strongest applicants. This does not mean you won’t get in; you might, and I wish you luck, but I think a reasonable assessment would call NU a reach for you.</p>
